Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange for another item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Only full-price items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request and, if approved, we will arrange the refund method.

ECP embraces a sustainable ethic. We strongly recommend carefully checking all product details on the product pages before purchasing. If you have any doubts, please email us at ecp.archivio@gmail.com. The ECP team will be happy to answer any questions and provide additional photos if needed.

REPLACEMENTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transport. To request a replacement for the same item, please email us at ecp.archivio@gmail.com.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you must send it to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with a refund.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a notice to Emma Taramelli within the indicated time frame at the following email address: ecp.archivio@gmail.com
or by phone. In the latter case, the customer calls +39 340 569 5932; customer care will verify the request and start the return procedure. The customer will receive an email confirmation from customer care indicating: approval of the return, including an RMA ID number, shipping instructions, and instructions to access a reserved area to download a document to print and include in the package.

In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products at their own expense to Emma Taramelli / Taramelli – via Broseta 52/b - 24122 - Bergamo - Italy within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal notice. The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts, and in the original packaging (bags and boxes), in compliance with the conditions below:

• The right of withdrawal applies only to the entire purchased product; partial returns are not allowed.

• The product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts (including packaging and any documentation or accessories: labels, seals, etc.).

• Shipping costs (and any customs fees, if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

• The shipment, until proof of receipt at the ECP warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer.

• In case of damage during transport, ECP will notify the Customer to allow them to file a claim with their chosen courier and obtain reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the Customer, cancelling the withdrawal request.

ECP is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss occurring during or related to the return shipment.

ECP will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, excluding shipping costs and any customs fees paid for import, within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, via refund to the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

If the purchase was made using a discount code, the discount amount will not be refunded. The refund will apply only to the amount actually paid.

ECP may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer provides proof of having shipped the product.

In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal if ECP determines that:

• the returned product and/or its accessories and/or packaging are not intact;

• the product is missing its original external packaging and/or internal packaging;

• the product is missing integral parts and/or accessories.

In the event of loss of the right of withdrawal, ECP will return the purchased product to the sender, charging shipping costs, and where already refunded, the price of the product.
