Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Free shipping is available for orders over €250. Shipping is free within Italy and Europe. At checkout, shipping costs will not be applied for eligible orders.

International Shipping

International shipping is charged as an additional cost and will be applied to your order at checkout.

All orders are shipped worldwide via DHL and require proof of delivery (signature upon delivery, etc.). This shipping method includes full tracking; once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Once the package has been delivered to the correct address, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. Please ensure your order is shipped to a secure location.


PAYMENT

All prices are shown in euros (€), VAT included at the current rate of 22%, excluding shipping costs.

We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Upon request, alternative payment methods may be arranged (bank transfer / cash on delivery).

Once your order is received, you will be sent a confirmation email with your order reference number, selected items, and total cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Before returning an item or requesting an exchange, please contact our customer service at ecp.archivio@gmail.com.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in the original box in which they were received; alternatively, a sturdy cardboard box may be used.

Returns can be made using a courier of your choice or via postal service, ensuring you obtain a tracking number or proof of shipment for security.

To qualify for a return, the order confirmation form and/or invoice must be included in the shipment.

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

To approve a return, it is important that:

  1. Items are returned in perfect condition, accompanied by the order confirmation form / invoice.

  2. Items are returned exactly as received, complete with packaging, labels, and intact seals.


SALE ITEMS

Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, credited, or exchanged. The same applies to all custom-made items and orders.
