Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Any customs duties or import taxes (for non-EU countries) are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple shipments

As we collaborate with independent designers, some orders may be shipped separately.

In this case, you will receive multiple tracking details at no additional cost.

Responsibility

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external circumstances beyond our control.

We believe every purchase should be intentional.

For this reason, we invite you to choose carefully.

At the same time, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your order under the conditions below.

Right of withdrawal

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

Return conditions

Items must be returned:

in their original condition

unworn, unused and undamaged

with all original tags and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to reduce the refund in case of diminished value.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Items must be shipped back within 14 days from the return request approval.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs will be refunded only where required by applicable law.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our selection, some items cannot be returned:

made-to-order or customised pieces

archive or one-of-a-kind items

items that have been altered upon request
